Possible? yes.

Trivial effort? no.

Probably requires some extra hardware.

Definitely requires some _significant_ extra software.

On a Unix-esque platform, I'd be looking at Asterix as a starting point.
On Windows, 'yate' maybe?? (dunno much about it).
