Subject: Darke County 911 service restored
DARKE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - The Darke County Sheriff's Office said 911
service is restored for all residents after an outage Thursday
morning.
The Sheriff's Office saird earlier Thursday that some of its residents
were unable to reach 911 from their home phones.

Subject: Butler County says 911 outage has been resolved
UPDATE: Butler County Emergency Management said 911 service has been
restored Thursday afternoon. Citizens no longer have to use the
724-287-7769 to report an emergency in Butler County and are urged to
dial 9-1-1 from either a landline or a cell phone. Century Link
customers in the Slippery Rock, Bruin and Harrisville areas of the
County have also had their service fully restored.

Subject: Tens of thousands lose internet in Oregon, connection could
take weeks to return
The larger outages will take priority. Other smaller connections
involving lines to individual homes and neighborhoods could take a
week or two.

PORTLAND, Ore. - Tens of thousands of people still do not have
internet following the weekend snow and ice storm in Oregon, and
Comcast says it could take a few weeks for some people to get back
online.
