On August 6, 2021, the FCC released a brand new, first-of-its-kind,
mobile broadband map, showing mobile 4G LTE voice and broadband
coverage across the U.S. from the Nation's largest wireless
providers. The map, available here

includes data as of May 15, 2021 and will allow consumers to search by

on the island of Newfoundland suffers from poor cellphone coverage. A
broadcaster in Conne River, Newfoundland has started a petition
through Change.org <

service. You do not have to be a resident of Newfoundland and Labrador
to sign. The petition says, in part:
Over the last few weeks, there have been multiple motor vehicle
accidents, some fatal, on the Bay d'Espoir Highway. We've had poor
cell phone coverage for a number of years in this area, and that can
affect emergency response.
Phone service along the highways is vital to help notify first
responders in potentially life and death scenarios.
