It looks like a site that accepts reviews from the general public, but at the top of the first page it has an disclaimer: "ConsumerAffairs is not a government agency and may be compensated by companies displayed." ... which leads me to wonder if any of T-D's subscribers has used it, and what their opinions are about the site. https://www.consumeraffairs.com/cell_phones/centurylink.html
