Since the trio of strike workers bringing the proposed class action claim the wage violations happened in Washington, D.C., where they worked, the case belongs there, U.S. District Judge Paul G. Gardephe ruled Tuesday. https://www.law360.com/classaction/articles/1256619/verizon-must-face-strike-workers-overtime-suit-in-dc -- Bill Horne Telecom Digest Moderator ------------------------------ Message-ID: <20200326000433.GA5516@telecom.csail.mit.edu> Date: Thu, 26 Mar 2020 00:04:33 +0000 From: Moderator <telecomdigestsubmissions@remove-this.telecom-digest.org> Subject: YouTube, Netflix Begin Slowing Services to Handle Coronavirus Strain The internet should generally hold up under the load of a pandemic.
