They also showed their support for workers in Connecticut who are negotiating a new contract to replace their contract that expires in mid-October. "We are making it known to Frontier that our top priority is keeping good jobs in our communities," said CWA District 9 Vice President Frank Arce. "In addition to providing better service for its customers, the company must not leave its employees behind. Frontier workers deserve nothing less than a fair contract." https://cwa-union.org/news/bargaining-and-mobilization-update-11 -- Bill Horne (Remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly) ------------------------------ Message-ID: <20191001141548.GA10435@telecom.csail.mit.edu> Date: Tue, 1 Oct 2019 14:15:49 +0000 From: Bill Horne <bill@horneQRM.net> Subject: Mass surveillance threatens reporting that relies on confidential sources RCFP is arguing for the reversal of a district court decision in a case challenging mass surveillance by NSA.
