Cuomo pulls out his stopped clock [Westchester (NYC northern suburb) news] Domestic violence victims in New York no longer have to pay these cancellation fees Albany - Survivors of domestic violence fleeing their batterers can now cancel multiyear cable contracts without paying cancellation fees in New York. Gov. Throwing our gadgets away simply because we do not know how to fix them or simply can't continues to take a huge toll on our global waste crisis, with potentially disastrous outcomes.
