Tony Davis, VP of investor relations, told investors during Oppenheimer's 19th Annual Technology, Internet and Communications conference it plans to roll out a hosted VoIP service for consumers at a later date. Querry OKLAHOMA CITY - For the second straight day, customers in Oklahoma City have been left holding the phone. On Sunday, several AT&T customers couldn't make phone calls or send text messages during a large outage across the metro.
