As the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly unfolds, the Federal Communications
Commission ("FCC") has been active to keep communications services
available through various waivers, extensions, and other regulatory
relief. Kelley Drye's Communications Practice Group is tracking these
actions and what they mean for communications service providers and
their customers. CommLaw Monitor will provide regular updates to its

I'm keen to find myself a reasonably working teletype. Is this thread still
active?
***** Moderator's Note *****
Since I used to fix Model 33 Teletypes, the thread is still active. But,
since ...
Your post came from an IP address in Australia,
And "ticm.com" has an IP address in France,
And when I put "ticm.com" into Chrome, it brings up a WordPress site
based in Burlington Massachusetts (even though my browser is set
to reject redirects), and it's only real content is a promo for
someone who shares your first name ...
You'll excuse me if I ask that you give a better explanation of you interest
in Teletypes.

Subject: Lawyer and startup resort to mass filings to fight company
bans on class arbitration
A startup called FairShake and a lawyer from Chicago are challenging
corporate bans on classwide arbitration by filing a deluge of
arbitration claims against companies.
Hit with a mass of claims, some companies are trying to thwart the
arbitration process that they demanded from customers and workers, the
New York Times reports.
