Subject: A Record-Breaking 5G Spectrum Auction Helps Seal AT&T's
Future
Summary
* AT&T's 5G spectrum auction helps seal its future as the company has a
strong spectrum profile and future capital spending obligations.
* The company's debt is more than manageable, although we're not a fan
of the price at which it's selling some assets.
* We expect the company to be able to generate double-digit
shareholder returns going forward.

Subject: Cell Tower In Northwest Is Operational, So AT&T Says
Neighbors' Lawsuits Should Be Dismissed
By Michael Wright
Last fall, telephone company AT&T Mobility proceeded with the
construction of a cellular tower on land in Northwest owned by East
Hampton Town despite the fact that residents of the nearby
neighborhood had filed a lawsuit challenging the approvals from two
town regulatory boards that would allow the tower to be built.

Subject: T-Mobile will sell your web-usage data to advertisers
unless you opt out
Data sales begin April 26 unless you opt out; T-Mobile claims it'll be
anonymous.
By Jon Brodkin
T-Mobile next month will start a new program that gives customers'
web-browsing and device-usage data to advertisers unless customers opt
out of the data sharing.
"[S]tarting April 26, 2021, T-Mobile will begin a new program
that uses some data we have about you, including information we learn
from your web and device usage data (like the apps installed on your
device) and interactions with our products and services for our own
and 3rd party advertising, unless you tell us not to," T-Mobile said
in a privacy notice. "When we share this information with third
parties, it is not tied to your name or information that directly
identifies you."
