Here's a brief document from Juniper on how to configure it: http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos-mobility12.1/topics/task/configuration/httphe-mobility-services-config.html This is a "technology" that was apparently first developed for WAP and MMS, which require segregated HTTP traffic with identifying headers.
