Subject: Internet restored to AT&T customers in greater Youngstown
OH
By Gabby Fellows
After several hours without internet, AT&T customers should expect
their internet to be back in working order.
A representative from the company said service was fully restored this
morning for wireline customers in the greater Youngstown area.
The issues were caused by equipment affected by severe cold and icy
conditions.

Subject: AT&T is skipping annual appearance at Citi investor
conference
Lawyers for AT&T and the Justice Department were in court Friday in
Washington to update the judge overseeing the lawsuit
New York: AT&T Inc, which is fighting the US. Justice Department in
court over its proposed $85.4 billion (Dh313.4 billion) purchase of
Time Warner Inc, withdrew from an annual investor conference scheduled
for Las Vegas next week.
The company didn't give a reason. John Donovan, who oversees AT&T's
phone and pay-TV operations, was scheduled to speak January 8 to kick
off Citigroup Inc's 2018 Global TMT West Conference, but the company
cancelled on December 27. He presented for the past three years at the
event.

Subject: AT&T looks to sell 600 MHz spectrum to LB License Co
by Colin Gibbs
AT&T is looking to sell off what appears to be nearly $1 billion worth
of 600 MHz spectrum after locking up all 50 states to its FirstNet
offering last week.
Just what will become of those airwaves is far from clear, however.
The nation's No. 2 mobile network operator filed a document with the
FCC indicating it would transfer its 600 MHz holdings to LB License
Company, an affiliate of Columbia Capital, a Beltway-area venture firm
focused on telecom and media. While the filing doesn't disclose terms
of the deal, the website Facticia earlier this week reported LB
Spectrum Holdings planned to raise $928 million. AT&T's full FCC
filing is available at the bottom of this article.
