I'll be flying into Charlotte, NC on March 22: I and my wife will be
looking for homes in the Carolinas and Tennessee. In case of rainy
days or other unexpected events, I'd like to know if there are any
telephone museums in the areas we'll be travelling, which is roughly a
circle with Charlotte at it's Eastern edge.

Amid increasing regulatory uncertainty, LightSquared is now faced with
the task of finding a new chief executive officer.

CEO Sanjiv Ahuja announced his resignation Feb. 28, forcing Doug
Smith, the company's chief network officer, and Marc Montagner, chief
financial officer, to fill in as interim co-chief operating officers
while the company searches for Ahuja's replacement. Ahuja will
continue to serve as chairman of the board, the company said.

Verizon may have been the first to launch its 4G LTE network more than
a year ago, but customers have yet to take to the new high-speed
technology.

Speaking at an investor conference Monday, Verizon Wireless' CFO Fran
Shammo said that only about 5% of its total customer base use an LTE
smartphone right now.

Verizon is currently well ahead of AT&T and Sprint in terms of LTE
deployment with coverage in 196 markets across the U.S. It has also
been actively promoting its LTE technology through the launch of
cheaper smartphones and plans, and we believe LTE adoption rates are
only going to pick up from here.

Pros

People are nice and within small groups seem to work well together

Cons

Communication could improve. Feedback when there are performance
issues could be improved. Instead of dealing with a problem and
offering the opportunity for improvement management's way of dealing
with the problem is just to fire an employee. There is not a balance
in that response either since there are employees in other departments
that have similar problems and they are just tolerated.

Advice to Senior Management

Open your door and communicate better. Give an employee the
opportunity to improve and offer them a chance to do it rather than to
wash your hands of it and throw them out. Everyone deserves a second
chance to improve themselves. Your employees are your best
assets. Don't let a down economy harden your hearts and only look at
the bottom line.
