Subject: Weekend temps to reach 40s as polar vortex dies down, low
temperature records set

RACINE COUNTY - The polar vortex is mercifully subsiding after
a grueling stretch that saw over a foot of snow and record-low
temperatures batter the area.
Service outages
Some local AT&T and Spectrum customers experienced outages Wednesday
and Thursday. Neither company shared how many customers were affected
or for how long when asked.
