Subject: IP Relay Mobile App
The IP Relay app allows people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or
have a Speech Disability to use an Android or iOS-powered device to connect
with a relay operator. Simply type what you want to say to the operator, the
operator relays the message to the person you called and then types their
response back to you.

FTC SENDS REFUNDS TO T-MOBILE CUSTOMERS
The FTC is mailing a second round of refund checks to T-Mobile
customers who had third-party charges added to their mobile phone
bills. These refunds are the result of a 2014 settlement with
T-Mobile.
The first round of checks mailed in February 2017. Because the FTC
recovered additional funds from several third-party crammers, the FTC
is mailing 164,440 additional checks totaling more than $9.6 million.

No, broadband refers to the bandwidth used for the connection. For
example ADSL uses a much bigger spectrum than V.90 over POTS.
