Subject: Eastern New Mexico University phone system has outage
PORTALES - The phone was busy last week at Eastern New Mexico
University, no matter who you dialed. But nobody was talking on any of
the phones.
The campus phone system went out Tuesday, and wasn't restored until
late Friday after CenturyLink installed new lines for the campus.

mere mortals! We're minuscule molecules in their machines! What power
do we possibly have to fight back?
Some of these suggestions are more aggressive, and make using the web less
convenient, but they'll definitely protect your privacy.

Subject: Service problems continue to plague many Verizon Wireless
customers in San Diego
By: Jermaine Ong
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Many San Diego-area Verizon Wireless customers may
have to wait a while longer before service issues that coincided with
the launch of a new wireless service in Mexico will be fully resolved.
In August, numerous Verizon customers -- many who live in areas close
to the U.S.-Mexico border -- told 10News about issues with dropped
calls and slow internet speeds.
