The Telecom Digest is transitioning to a new server: thanks to Garrett Wollman
and his team at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory
(CSAIL) at MIT, we're getting a more capable and easier-to-maintain platform.
There might be hiccups while I figure out the new features: please be
patient.
