Subject: Qualcomm Class Action Lawsuit
On June 8, 2018, investors sued Qualcomm, Incorporated ("Qualcomm" or
the "Company") in United States District Court, Southern District of
California. Investors in the federal securities class action allege
that they acquired Qualcomm stock at artificially inflated prices
between January 31, 2018 and March 12, 2018 (the "Class Period"). They
are now seeking compensation for financial losses incurred upon public
revelation of the Company's alleged misconduct during that
time. Here's everything you need to know about the Qualcomm class
action lawsuit (QCOM class action lawsuit):

Subject: KPN, VodafoneZiggo nets opened up to competition
Dominant Dutch telco KPN and multiplay operator VodafoneZiggo must
both open up their fixed network to other providers. This is what the
Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) - the Netherlands Authority
for Consumers & Markets says in the market analysis decision Wholesale
Fixed Access, with the regulation taking effect on October 1st 2018.
"We see that these two parties are collectively dominant on the
market," stated Henk Don, board member ACM. "This would enable them to
use that position to increase prices for consumers in tacit
coordination, or to adjust conditions to their advantage. Because both
KPN and VodafoneZiggo have these options, ACM considers it fair to
open up the network of both parties to competition. In this way,
providers without their own network can still offer their services to
consumers and businesses. This means there is sufficient competition
in the retail markets with more choice and good rates."

Subject: T-Mobile Takes Merger Pitch to Sprint Employees
T-Mobile US CEO John Legere and COO Mike Sievert will address Sprint
employees at a corporate town hall meeting this Friday (5 October), in
what Sprint CEO Michel Combes billed as an opportunity for staff to
get to know their post-merger bosses.
In a letter to Sprint employees, which was filed with the US
Securities and Exchange Commission and first reported by the Kansas
City Business Journal, Combes noted the event will include presen-
tations from the executives and "robust" question and answer
session. He encouraged staff to "ask the questions that are on your
mind" but warned "it is still too early in the process to answer" all
queries.

Subject: Voice Phishing Scams Are Getting More Clever
Most of us have been trained to be wary of clicking on links and
attachments that arrive in emails unexpected, but it's easy to forget
scam artists are constantly dreaming up innovations that put a new
shine on old-fashioned telephone-based phishing scams. Think you're
too smart to fall for one? Think again: Even technology experts are
getting taken in by some of the more recent schemes (or very nearly).
