Nobody. When 888 came out there was a half-hearted attempt to let
people with 800 numbers claim the corresponding 888 numbers, but since
then, they're just numbers.

Needless to say, their poor planning isn't anyone else's problem.

Ron,
You must go back and keep viewing all the news tapes until you are
afraid enough to let the Government implant a monitoring chip in your
body. If you are not afraid enough yet then you must be a terrorist
sympathizer. [Dammit that just doesn't have the same ring to it as
Commi sympathizer. I'll have to work on that.]
The point remains the same though. You simply aren't scared enough, or
worse still you're scared of the people who want you to be scared.
Surely you will give up a little freedom to gain a little security and
don't you go quoting Ben Franklin because he never faced these modern
threats so what he said simply doesn't apply. Be Afraid. Be Very
Afraid.
Tom

I guess they don't want cellphone *service* there, either? Cheers, -- tlvp
