Subject: Minor outage of CenturyLink
Here's a different kind of story: the site I just looked at shows
statistical information about what the author characterizes as a
"Minor outage," in Duluth, Saint Paul, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Please take a look at the URL, and fill in the blanks: what happened?
What services were affected? What caused the problem?
Thank you for your help.

Subject: Another report of a Centurylink outage
Here's another report of a Centurylink outage, which is probably the
same outage I mentioned before, but which seems to be confined mostly
to Internet users.
The downdetector site has some user comments, but I'd appreciate your
help to get to some authoritative sources. Thanks in advance.
