On Thursday, FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel publicly released pertinent letters that were submitted by America's top 15 mobile telephone carriers in response to an FCC request issued last July. SpaceX is working on connecting existing, unmodified phones to a new type of mobile network. Big, if true This technology could blanket the globe with a new layer of cellular connectivity.
