privacy policies

AT&T's John Stankey, T-Mobile's Mike Sievert, Verizon's Hans Vestberg
and the leaders of other mobile operators all received similar letters
this week from FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel asking them to
respond with details about their companies' mobile data sharing
policies and procedures. They have until August 3 to respond.
Other industry leaders getting similar letters are UScellular's
Laurent (LT) Thierivel, Dish's Erik Carlson, C-Spire's Hu Meena,
Comcast's Brian Roberts and Charter Communications' Danny Bowman. The
leaders of Best Buy Health, Consumer Cellular, Google, H2O Wireless,
Lycamobile, Mint Mobile and Red Pocket received similar letters as
well, for a total of 15.

Subject: Northern Arizona communities to receive another 4M in ARPA
funds to support broadband projects

Rural and tribal communities across Arizona's First Congressional
District have been awarded more than $24 million in grant funding for
broadband projects through the American Rescue Plan Act.
Congressman Tom O'Halleran announced the new funding last week with a
breakdown of how the money will be allocated.

Frontier Communications
CWA members at Frontier Communications in California are continuing
their mobilization efforts to build their strength at the bargaining
table as they negotiate a fair contract with the company. On Sunday,
members and supporters gathered in Camarillo, Calif., for a rally
hosted by CWA Local 9575, to make their demands heard loud and clear.
