I don't usually quote stories from places like Downdetector: as with
all reader-driven report systems, their results can be easily skewed
by bots or self-absorbed sixteem-year-old boys.
However, it's rare for the company to publish a headline for the
reports, so I'm assuming that there is some confirmation. I'll look
around for a more authoritative source.
