Hi Everyone, Forgive me if I am missing something obvious here. I had a different understanding of what was happening here... The article talk about the arrest of Daniel Rigmaiden (and his countermeasures and suspicion of the AirCard he was using). Rigmaiden was located using a Stingray. The article goes on to say: US Marshals put Stingrays in planes and flew them over cities, collecting tens of thousands of phone numbers in search of a single fugitive's phone. What allows the Stingray to collect phone numbers (as opposed to IMSI or IMEI numbers)?
