That's the whole story: those two sentences. Folks in farming country
tend to be taciturn, but I've never before seen a newspaper - online
or off - that practiced such economy with its words.

Subject: Sunshine State Becomes 24th To Certify Regulation Of Pole
Attachments
by Dave Thomas ,Paul Werner ,and Abraham J. Shanedling
On June 13, 2022, the FCC provided notice that the State of Florida
has become the 24^th state (including the District of Columbia) to
certify state-level regulatory jurisdiction over rates, terms, and
conditions for pole attachments.
<

Under theFCC's "reverse preemption" framework rules, Florida's
certification means that, generally, the FCC no longer has
jurisdiction to hear pole attachment complaints over matters now
regulated by the state.

Subject: AT&T, Verizon to Phase In More 5G Service Near Airports
AT&TandVerizonInc. said they would slowly lift self-imposed limits on
their 5G network expansion near some airports over the coming year. The
companies and regulators said the schedule would give airlines ample
time to retrofit aircraft, while a major airline lobbyist group called
the new timeline reckless.
