nationwide security breach
by: Austin Breasette
MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) - Thousands of employees' personal information was
sent right to a former Prime Communications employee's email.
"I've never experienced anything like this before," said Tonya Smith.
Smith said nothing but nervousness filled her mind after the human
resources department sent her 105 pages of personal information of
thousands of Prime Communications employees across the nation.

This post on Reddit may explain some things ... (mod)
------------------
We take down the network 4 times a year. Does your enterprise also
batch up disruptive changes like this?
Like the title says, we arrange with our business customers for their
applications and services to be unavailable for several hours over a
weekend, 4 times a year. We pay so much for redundant networking gear
that I feel like this is a backwards way of doing things.

Subject: RE: Exploding iPhones? Not Our Fault, Apple Says
Good morning Bill,
I'm sure by the time I've sent this several other replies may have come your
way - but , if not
That article linked is from 2009, and a particularly old generation of iPhone.
Was there another article more recent that prompted this to come back up? I
haven't heard about battery issues such as this in quite some time, but, that
doesn't mean they're not out there.
Regards,
Adam Pawlowski
