My car is pretty high-tech but it is silent while in motion unless I
activate a route in the GPS Navigator. But, that is my choice, not
forced upon me.
My car also has a factory-installed hands-free BlueTooth link to my cell
phone...again my choice for the resultant noise if someone calls.
