Why is Cleveland significant?

San Diego and DC were significant for Verizon's launch of EV-DO. DC
is, obviously, our capital city. :) San Diego is home to the company
that owns CDMA and EV-DO technology.

Is Cleveland the first city in which Cingular is launching?
