Yesterday, reporters received early word that Time Warner will be leaving the Houston market and Comcast will take over the operations locally. The official announcement happens today. The news came from an internal e-mail at Time Warner. Comcast customers in Dallas just got word yesterday that their service will switch to Time Warner.
