The concept of using spare cpu cycles to rid the world of bad things is a great idea but I ran into a minor issue. A similar project being run during "idle" times caused my laptop computer to run at max performance mode when I walked away for a meeting for an hour.
This resulted in warping of the soft clear plastic mat on my desktop. |
