I will say that the process for getting Net2Phone is pretty easy. I *was* trying to use Net2Phone but the call quality is very, very poor. I've get to get a conversation where the person I'm calling doesn't hang up and call me on my land line. The thing that really ticks me off though is that you have to keep the BargainsBuddy spyware installed or the product doesn't work, which it didn't work in a useful fashion anyway. The product also does not have a phone book to store your "to phone" contacts, only your "in network" contacts.
