Will anybody actually use it? Packet8 has been offering video all along. I can't say that it seems to have taken the world by storm. If all of the VoIP carriers agreed to interoperate so you could call anyone's videophone from anyone else's, there might be a chance of getting to critical mass. Fat chance. John R.
