We're building a new water tower on top of which will be at least three and possibly as many as six wireless carrier antennas. Rather than have a ghetto of outbuildings, I'd rather put all their stuff into one larger building. They're OK with that, but we need to formalize the agreement. I'm looking for agreements about shared buildings in connection with cell towers. We have the tower leases, what we need is an add-on for shared buildings laying out the responsibility for maintenance, insurance, etc. All leads welcome. Agreements where the landlord is a municipality are particularly welcome. TIA and all that.
