Cincinnati Bell remains an independent ILEC and even though there are
roaming agreements with AT&T (fka Cingular Wireless) it's not part of
AT&T. As far as I know AT&T will be the exclusive agent for the
iPhone for an exclusive period and no other US wireless operator will
have it during this exclusive period.
