If you are using this archives via anonymous FTP that's fine with
me, but you should know that starting in July, 1996 a web page was
organized for all this information, and most everyone who has used
it says the web and http make the presentation a lot nicer.

Furthermore, with the large number of users of FTP who connect to
this site, at times the network congestion is very bad, making it
difficult to receive the files you want in an efficient way.

May I suggest if you are still using anonymous FTP that you begin
using our web page instead?
