This office serves as an intermediary to resolve issues between the cable operator and subscribers. After a customer has contacted their cable provider regarding a cable related concern, such as billing or quality issues and has not received a satisfactory resolution, they may request assistance from the County's Community Technology Office. June 7, 2022, 1:30 p.m. Anyone calling a City of Bend phone number from a phone with Verizon service cannot get through. Anyone calling a City of Bend phone number from a phone with Verizon service cannot get through today. Verizon customers are getting a message "all circuits are busy now" or "you have reached a non-working number" due to a call routing issue with Verizon's network.
