It has a link that invites readers to "start a claim," and although I didn't check that out, it's amusing to review the cases they list. https://fairshake.com/centurylink/lawsuit/

Talks of switching over to this system began in March of this year, but the discussions ramped up after flash flooding in May. https://www.wbrz.com/news/following-atandt-failure-during-recent-flood-ebr-pushing-for-new-911-system

Luma Energy, a private company that took over the island's power transmission and distribution system on June 1, said three units were knocked offline for reasons not immediately known. At first, the company said about 190,000 clients had been affected, but it later tweeted that power had been restored to more than 252,700 clients, leaving more 84,000 still without electricity. https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/nation/2021/06/16/puerto-rico-power-outage-service-interruption-luma-energy-complaints/7725268002/ ***** Moderator's Note ***** It seems like everything worth reading today is at least one month old.
