President Donald Trump is accused of a gross abuse of his office, and his administration has not provided Congress the information it needs to reach the truth of the matter. No, this has nothing to do with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian election interference. Instead, it concerns the $85.4 billion AT&T-Time Warner merger that the president reportedly sought to pressure the Justice Department to block. https://www.stamfordadvocate.com/opinion/article/Trump-is-accused-of-gross-abuse-of-office-and-13784377.php -- Bill Horne (Remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly) ------------------------------ Message-ID: <20190421142008.46740.qmail@submit.iecc.com> Date: 21 Apr 2019 14:20:08 -0400 From: "bernieS" <bernies@QRMpanix.com> Subject: What are "Short Code concatenated messages"? There are no >delays with normal length, and MMS messages. > https://www.nexmostatus.com/incidents/0w0twgspyvkp I searched Google for a definition of the term, "Short Code concatenated messages" but could only find references to the service issue mentioned in the Sun, 21 Apr 2019 Telecom Digest. My best guess is it means text messages that are longer than 160 characters which are automatically concatenated into successive SMS messages, but I'm not sure that's it. "Short Code concatenated messages" doesn't seem to be a standard telecom industry term. -bernieS <bernies@QRMpanix.com> (Remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly) ------------------------------ Message-ID: <20190422123024.GA16604@telecom.csail.mit.edu> Date: Mon, 22 Apr 2019 12:30:24 +0000 From: Bill Horne <bill@horneQRM.net> Subject: Verizon Outage Map I've been coming across a lot of oultage reports this morning, but the site URL shown below is showing the most interesting results. I'd like to know who they are, how they get their reports, how/if they verify them, etc. If you have that info, please post it here. https://istheservicedown.com/problems/verizon/map -- Bill Horne (Remove QRM from my email address to write to me directly) ------------------------------ ********************************************* End of telecom Digest Tue, 23 Apr 2019
