Subject: 3 Red Flags for Verizon Investors
The company's fourth-quarter earnings report was full of disappointing
numbers, despite revenue and earnings per share beating and meeting
expectations, respectively. Management's outlook for the coming year
looked even worse. Investors sent the share price lower following the
report.
There are three outstanding red flags from the report that investors
should pay attention to.

EMPIRE STATE OF MIND: New York Senate Introduces A Proposed Bill To Limit
Robocalls
Wednesday, January 25, 2023
As promised by the Czar, the Duchess is here to break down yet
another, although proposed, New York Telemarketing Law. This feels a
little bit like deja’vu as if only last month I brought you a new
telemarketing law out of New York.
The current proposed Senate Bill S1536, in all its glory here, will
fall under 399-P of the General Business Law as opposed to the most
recent law change that is a part of Section 399-Z, which is specific
to Telemarketing, etc.

T-Mobile CEO: 5G Home is like Toyota vs. fiber’s Ferrari
By Monica Alleven
T-Mobile’s rivals in the home broadband market like to point out the
limitations in its capacity to serve customers due to their hefty
bandwidth requirements.
Now that it’s had a couple years to study the behavior of customers
using its fixed wireless access (FWA) network, what’s it learned?
That’s one of the questions that came up during T-Mobile’s
fourth-quarter 2022 and full-year 2022 earnings call today.
