How to turn it off and use 4G instead You can also control when and how much 5G data your iPhone uses. We'll show you how. By Jason Cipriani Apple's newest iPhones -- the iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max -- are capable of connecting to 5G wireless networks, much like the iPhone 12. That means, if your carrier has 5G coverage where you live or work, you should see faster speeds and a more reliable connection. But that's not always the case. You may find that your iPhone 13 is constantly switching back and forth between LTE and 5G and refusing to send messages or refresh your favorite app, or that battery life just isn't the same as it is on LTE. Frustratingly, you may not be on the right price plan to even access the new network, and you might not want to level up to a new one. In other words, for you, it may not be the right time for 5G just yet. https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/your-iphone-13s-5g-signal-may-not-be-fast-enough-yet-how-to-turn-it-off-and-use-4g-instead/ -- (Please remove QRM for direct replies) |

Management is also attempting to remove msnbc.com staffers from the union, informing them that they are no longer “part of the Guild” without engaging in negotiations with the union. In response, the union filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board and held an all-hands union meeting. “This clear violation of the law is yet another brazen example of NBC attempting to strip its workers of their right to organize and bargain together,” said the union in a statement. The workers plan to take further collective action against management’s illegal actions to demand justice and respect for their laid off coworkers and to swiftly reach an agreement on a first contract with the company. https://cwa-union.org/news/bargaining-update-21 -- (Please remove QRM for direcxt replies) |
