In what way is the broadcast infrastructure "more physically concentrated?" Although cell towers may be more widely distributed than broadcast antennas, they must route calls through a network of tandems and central offices which haven't moved much in 50 years. 2. Are you arguing that cellular phones have become ubiquitous, and, therefor, area more reliable alert devices than the AM radios in cars? 3. The "broadcast infrastructure" is already separate from the Internet: most of the signals sent to broadcast stations, AFAIK, come from Geostationary satellites, and not terrestrial circuits. Has that changed? 4. If we're talking about whether the buyers of electric vehicles should be forced to pay extra to allow AM radios to function, what difference does the presence or absence of an AM radio make in the case of a such a small percentage of vehicles? Immediately after the successful vote, TCGPlayer management refused to accept the decision - first issuing a statement saying they were "disappointed" in the outcome, then allegedly retaliating by firing at least one pro-union employee and filing multiple objections with the National Labor Relations Board. https://www.valueaddedresource.net/union-win-delayed-as-ebay-tcgplayer-refuse-to-bargain/
